*Upon purchasing a VIP package, customer information will be shared with Universal for VIP coordination.
*VIP purchasers may need to arrive 1-2 hours before doors open. You will receive an instructional email with details regarding the VIP package 3-5 business days before the event. Merchandise will be distributed at the concert and will not be mailed. Children 14 years and younger may have one adult escort them inside for the VIP experience without the chaperone needing their own VIP package. Chaperones will not receive any of the VIP elements and must still have a regular concert ticket. VIP Packages cannot be re-sold.
